At Local Icons, our products are made to order specifically for each customer once purchased. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Sizing

Please review size charts carefully before ordering. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered, please first check with neighbors/building staff. If unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
